  Brain dump
Been playing Dawn of War loads online recently, you could almost say I've been playing to excess. I'm just kind of hoping that at some point in the future I get bored of it, allowing me to do more productive things in life.

Had another piss up with the guys from work a few weeks ago, again in london town, though this time in and around the west end, starting in Carnaby St and ending in Picadilly Circus via Soho. Pretty good night out again, had the obligatory curry between pubs, and the session was a slightly longer one this time round, understandable seeing as one of the guys was needing to drown his sorrows a bit after calling his wedding off after family problems. Obviously that put a bit of a depressing mood on a bit of the evening, not that it's a problem, mostly everyone giving him encouraging comments, etc.

Hopefully gonna check out an open mic night in Walthamstow on sunday, see what it's like and maybe have a go at reading out poetry there in the future. Not too bothered if I'm shit at it, mostly a matter of having a go.

Was thinking the other day about the classic 'Is the glass half empty or half full' question. You could probably do a mathematical argument for either case, stuff like x tending to zero meaning the glass is half empty as everything is heading in decline, or if x tends to 1 (1 being a full glass, technically you could use 568 as I think thats the number of mls in a pint) then it's half full, as things are generally increasing, heading upwards.
I suppose you could even argue that if the volume is constant, the glass is already full as the rest of the container is redundant, though if you know some previous volumes you could say whether it's tending upwards or downwards and thus sentence the glass as half full or half empty.
Does that make any sense? Probably not. In the words of someone from work, it's a brain dump. Shit from my head layed out for all to see.

That is all
